Agree before anyone visits
The responsible parent checks the tasks, animal suitability, timing, supervision, access, and backup. Jobs must fit the troop’s practiced abilities.
Keep introductions between adults
The public finder shows coverage by ZIP only. It does not show child profiles, exact addresses, parent contact details, or live routes.
Keep private things private
Arrange keys and access directly with the parent. Do not put door codes, alarm codes, or key locations into request forms. Photos require household permission and must avoid people, documents, and access details.
Stop when something feels wrong
If an animal, access problem, weather, or task feels unsafe, stop and contact the responsible adult. Never hide a missed or unfinished task.
Parents manage the relationship
Adults own customer communication and account setup. Children should not sign themselves up. The service is not emergency response, professional pet care, or a guarantee of home security.
