Who operates StoopTroops

StoopTroops is operated by Figmints Delicious Design & Creative Marketing LLC, a Rhode Island LLC. Questions about these terms go to hello@stooptroops.com, a monitored inbox.

Requests are not bookings

Checking a ZIP or submitting a request does not guarantee that a troop serves that area or that a visit is available. If a participating troop can consider a request, its responsible parent must confirm the tasks, dates, supervision, access arrangement, price, and backup before work starts.

Example prices

The starting-at examples of $5, $10, and $20 per day are starting points, not quotes. A participating troop’s parent confirms the actual scope and price after a walkthrough.

Payments and changes

Online booking collects the full amount as a deposit and holds it until the work is done. It is released to the parent-managed troop account when the visits are confirmed, or 3 days after the last visit if no one raises a problem.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before a visit for a full refund. Email hello@stooptroops.com or contact the troop's parent directly to cancel.

Problems with a visit

If something went wrong, email hello@stooptroops.com within 3 days of the last visit. We keep the deposit on hold until it's sorted and refund unfinished work.

Service limits

Only suitable, practiced, parent-approved tasks may be accepted. No emergency service, security guarantee, overnight pet sitting, medication, or default dog walking is offered.

The family blueprint is coming. Nothing on this site promises earnings, territory, business outcomes, or brand use.
